Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Raleigh, and I’m so glad you’re here. I earned my Master of Social Work from East Carolina University, along with my bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services with a concentration in Child Development. I’m currently working toward my certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy approach I’m passionate about for helping people heal from trauma in a way that feels safe and empowering.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who finds a lot of joy in the simple, cozy moments. I love going on walks, baking, and trying out new hobbies just for fun. One of my favorite things—whether I’m at home or traveling—is exploring local coffee shops. There’s something special about finding a new spot, settling in with a good drink, and just taking it all in. When I travel, discovering those hidden gem cafés is always at the top of my list.
Music is also a big part of my life. You’ll often find me listening to Taylor Swift (which may give you a hint about the name of my practice) or Noah Kahan—artists whose music captures emotion, storytelling, and the kind of reflection that I value both personally and professionally.
At my core, I’m someone who deeply values connection, authenticity, and creating spaces where people can feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you’re coming in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just needing a place to land, I strive to meet you with warmth, understanding, and a genuine human connection.
